Private View in Eden Prairie, MN

This Eden Prairie project features a spacious 10’ x 29’ composite deck, designed to deliver both function and refined outdoor living. Built with Trex Enhance in Toasted Sand, the deck offers a warm, natural tone that blends beautifully with the home’s exterior. To maintain clean sightlines and a modern touch, we installed AFCO-175 aluminum cable railings, giving the space a sleek and open feel.

One of the standout features of this project was the client’s decision to forgo stairs—an intentional design choice that enhances privacy and transforms the deck into a true retreat.

In the evening, the deck comes to life with integrated lighting that casts a soft, welcoming glow—making the space just as inviting after sunset as it is during the day. The balance of low-maintenance materials, thoughtful design, and premium finishing touches makes this deck a standout example of how simplicity, when executed well, can lead to exceptional results.
