Building an addition in Edina, MN

We were tasked to build an addition to three-season porch – an outdoor area with a barbecue space for a family from Edina. Since the customer’s yard was almost entirely in the shade, we settled on dark Trex Woodland Brown composite decking. By the way, this board was discontinued in 2023. But the most similar to it is Trex. The AFCO Series 175 Cable Railing has added a decorative and modern touch to their project. Originally the deck size was planned to be 12 by 14, but then the customer decided not to lose the extra two feet of space and we settled on 12 by 16 feet. Trex Woodland Brown composite decking with AFCO Series 175 cable Railings looks incredible. This deck increased the value of the house exponentially.

In general, we spent 3 weeks on all stages of work. Inspection passed with no issues. The client was more than satisfied with the result of our work. The cozy terrace with modern cable railings and will serve the Edina family as a comfortable place to enjoy and relax for a long time.
