• 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty – Covers any defects in craftsmanship including issues such as improper installation. If you notice any problems, just give us a call, and we will fix them at no charge.

• 10-Year Structural Warranty – Covers major structural defects that compromise the integrity and safety of your deck, including load-bearing components such as footings, beams, and support posts.

We determine the cost of a deck project based on factors such as materials, size, design complexity, and any additional features.

After selecting your material, sizing, coloring, landing and other features desired for your new deck, you can expect the building process to take between 2-4 weeks. For larger projects that include porches and roofing, it can take around 4-6 weeks, depending on the weather.

Yes, we offer repair/restoration services for your old deck. By using some techniques we will give an old deck a new lease on life, and help maintain the look of a new one.

Clear the construction area of any furniture, plants, or other items and inform your neighbors about the upcoming project to maintain good relations.

For larger projects where we sign a contract:

• Labor Payment: 50% of the labor cost is paid upfront on the day the contract is signed.
• Once the deposit is received, we begin preparing the material order (usually through Home Depot or Menards).
• When the order is ready, we send the full details to you, and you pay for the materials directly to the store.

For smaller projects without a formal contract:

• We simply agree on the scope and terms of the work in advance.
• Labor Payment: 50% is paid upfront on the day the job starts, with the remaining 50% due upon completion (or after a passed inspection, if applicable).
